Green Mountain Animal Defenders (GMAD) partners with musician, Audrey Bernstein, for a Wild Nite Out for Wildlife at CROP BISTRO & BREWERY
in Stowe on Friday December 6 at &;00 to 10:00 pm
Come enjoy the sounds of Audrey Bernstein and her fabulous band, start your holiday shopping with our top notch silent auction, sip on wildlife inspired cocktails and nosh on complimentary vegan appetizers (courtesy of Crop) all for a great cause!
All funds raised from this event will be earmarked for future wildlife needs. Vermont only has approx 17 licensed wildlife rehabilitators who bear the vital role of rehabiltating injured and/or orphaned wildlife. They do so with no financial assistance from the state so let's lend them a paw!
Wild animals such as bunnies, ravens, owls and more have very few places to turn for help so supporting our state's rehabbers is crucial.
We'll be collecting the following wish list items at the event to be delivered to rehabilitators:
~Good quality cat kibbles which is the basis for baby songbird formula
~Carefresh bedding (for opossums, squirrels, rabbits, etc.)
~Handfeeding formulas like KT Exact; KMR; Esbilac
~Rodent food for squirrels, rats, mice.
~Good quality bird seed
~fleece & towels
~paper towels
